NAPERVILLE, Ill. - Utah Valley's Regan Clifford has been named Great West Conference Offensive Player of the Week while teammate Lauren Sack captures Defensive Player of the Week accolades for their individual performances last week. The conference office announced Monday.

Clifford, a sophomore from Mesa, Arizona, captures offensive player of the week honors after setting the tone in the 2-0 win over Idaho State with the eventual game-winning tally as the Wolverines got their first ever victory over Idaho State. The forward also assisted in UVU's lone goal in a 3-1 loss to Southern Utah.

Sack earns defensive player of the week honors after stoping all four shots in a 2-0 shutout victory over Idaho State. The redshirt freshman from Reno, Nevada also posted 10 saves in a 3-1 loss to Southern Utah. Sack finished the week with 14 saves and a .824 saves percentage.

Others nominated were Isla Cameron (F) and Shelby Horn (GK) of Houston Baptist.
