NAPERVILLE, Ill. - Houston Baptist's Kelsey Lou-Hing has been named Great West Conference Women's Golfer of the Week after her top-ten performance earlier this week. The award was announced Friday by the conference office.

Lou-Hing recorded her third-straight top-10 finish this past week, tying for seventh at the Missouri State/Payne Stewart Memorial, to lead the Huskies to a third place showing. The junior from Trinidad & Tobago tied her season-low with a 74 in the second round.

Last season's Great West Conference individual medalist now leads the Huskies with a 77.1 stroke average for the season.
