GREAT WEST AND THE AMERICA CHANNEL SIGN BROADCAST AGREEMENT

May 3, 2007

Elmhurst, Ill. - The Great West Football Conference and America Channel announced today that they have entered into a television sports broadcast and content cooperation agreement. The new partnership includes extensive television coverage of Great West football games.

"This is a great opportunity for the Great West to gain a great deal of exposure and highlight our quality of play to other parts of the country," said Ed Grom, Great West Commissioner. "We had the top-rated Football Championship Subdivision conference in the country last season and I don't see any drop off in 2007."

All of the Great West schools will have appearances on America Channel in other sports under America Channel's existing partnerships with other conferences. Great West members Cal Poly and UC-Davis are also members of the Big West Conference; and Great West members Southern Utah University, North Dakota State and South Dakota State are also members of the Mid-Continent Conference. America Channel previously announced partnerships with these conferences for basketball and other sports. Thus the new Great West partnership provides America Channel with added extensive football coverage from these schools.

"This is our third conference partner dedicated exclusively to NCAA Division I football, and our 17th conference partner overall. America Channel now has in excess of 130 football games, and we look forward to showcasing Great West football from these institutions," stated Doron Gorshein, CEO of America Channel.

America Channel's 17 NCAA Division I Conference partners represent 157 Universities, or 48% of all NCAA Division I schools -- covering broadcasts of all major sports and conference tournaments. In addition to football, America Channel will broadcast well over 400 basketball games per year. 28 of the teams that participated in this year's NCAA Basketball Tournament will have a total of 87 regular season appearances on America Channel next season.

America Channel also previously announced its SportLife TM initiative, pursuant to which the America Channel and its Conference partners, their Student Athletic Advisory Committees (SAACs) and Universities, will cooperate to create video content about the aspirations, achievements, challenges, adventures, community service, and lifestyles of students and student athletes.

"Our new partnership with America Channel will bring more great NCAA Division I football to our communities," said Ed Grom, Commissioner of the Great West Football Conference. "Our Universities generate loyal followings within their respective communities, and we look forward to showcasing Great West football on America Channel."
