ANCHORAGE, Alaska -

Houston Baptist, which finished as the Great West Conference runner-up and tournament runner-up in 2009-10, will be part of the 2010 Carrs/Safeway Great Alaska Shootout.  The eight-team tournament field was annouced today.

Steve Cobb, athletic director for tournament host Alaska-Anchorage, says the Thanksgiving week field will also include Arizona State, St. John's, Ball State, Drake, Southern Utah and Weber State. The tournament is scheduled for Nov. 24-27.
