ABOUT CHRIS KELLY

Chris graduated from UC Davis in 1999 with a Bachelor of Sciences in Managerial Economics. After spending nearly three years in the brokerage industry, he has been working as a financial analyst at a well-known retail company for the past two years.

Over the last few years Chris has become a household name in the world of the FCS. In 2001 and 2002, he served as the West Region Columnist on d2football.com, Division II football's official website. His weekly column quickly became a favorite amongst fans of the site. In 2003, Chris moved on to cover the U.C. Davis Aggies in their first year of transition into the ranks of I-AA football. This year Chris returns for a third season to cover the Great West Football Conference for this website. He is also a member of the voting media for the Sports Network's I-AA top 25, All-American teams and post season awards.

Chris was married in September of 2004 and resides in San Francisco with his wife. His hobbies include running, sleeping, eating and all things sports-related.

His extensive 2006 GWFC preview, inclusive of the 1st GWFC All Conference Team, Conference Predictions, Team by Team analysis, and more, will be released on Tuesday, August 1st. It will be released in two parts.
